National Park Retreats is a private 13-acre property at 8,300ft on the slopes beneath McGregor Mountain five miles west from Estes Park, Colorado. Rocky Mountain National Park borders on three sides providing easy hiking access right from your own ‘back door’. The Retreat retains the natural mountain landscape among old growth Ponderosa Pines, Aspen and an assortment of moss covered boulders. Magnificent mountain views, the soft whisper of wind in the pines overhead and the sound of the Fall River in the valley below provide a perfect environment in which to unwind. The Retreat has something for everyone with a variety of wooded campsites and modern, self-contained cabins.

A selection of modern cabins provide comfortable lodging for four to six people; a large ranch style master lodge for eight people; motel efficiency and kitchenette suites for two to eight people. Private and central hot tubs are available in which to relax and unwind.  Open

One-hundred campsites can accommodate RVs, travel trailers, pop-ups, vans and tents. Each campsite was specifically planned to take advantage of the mountainside views, the large variety of pines and aspen, and abundant moss-covered boulders. Sites are arranged in levels to improve privacy with many of the sites bordering Rocky Mountain National Park. Open year 'round!

Just opened summer of 2005 on-site coffee house with free wireless internet on the wrap around deck. Surf the net while taking in the awesome views or take advantage of the internet station located at the coffee bar. Lattes, cappucinos, espresso, chai tea, smoothies, hot chocolate and pastries await you.
